We help you to find the right Enterprise Architect

The implementation of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) is the supreme discipline in IT and one of the most complex projects a company can undertake. The aim is to see and control the IT systems and IT processes as well as the entire company and thus to achieve optimum coordination between IT and business objectives. EAM provides a clear set of rules for IT planning, procedures and decision guidelines that, if implemented correctly, increase the adaptability of a company. Thus EAM is not only a topic for corporations, also medium-sized companies with complex and heterogeneous IT landscapes profit from it. Especially in times of ever shorter technology lifecycles and new technological possibilities, the pressure on companies adapting to rapidly changing market situations to maintain competitiveness is increasing. We at PALTRON know what influence EAM can have on the success of a company. It is precisely for this reason that we, as personnel consultants for the technologies of the future, have specialised in recruiting EAM professionals. Benefit from our KPI-driven multichannel search across 20 different channels and a network of over 450,000 digital and IT professionals. We are proud to claim that we recruit as data-driven as online marketing companies do. Curiosity? Contact us! We will be happy to advise you.

Enterprise Architecture - the supreme discipline in IT

An Enterprise Architect is an IT expert and manager at the same time. This position plays a central role in IT departments and for this reason is often hung in a staff position that reports directly to the CIO. An enterprise architect has extensive technical knowledge and ensures the completeness and quality of the architecture across departments, taking into account the corporate strategy. Depending on the size of the company, this can also be assumed by other roles or, in larger companies, by several actors who jointly develop and design the Enterprise Architecture (EA). The Enterprise Architect identifies synergies between the sub-areas (business, information, application and infrastructure architecture) and examines the solutions developed by Solution Architects. The aim of these tasks is to enable EA to react more quickly to changing customer requirements and business goals. Against this background, EA has become a decisive factor for entrepreneurial success in the recent years.

In addition to his expertise in various IT areas, an enterprise architect should have an understanding of business processes and corporate strategy in order to focus EA on these factors. Strong communication skills are also essential to achieve optimal collaboration at all levels, as the Enterprise Architect acts as a sparring partner for different departments and stakeholders.

As digital personnel consultants, we know which know-how an Enterprise Architect must have. With our algorithm-based executive search process, we support you to find the ideal candidate for your requirements.
