We find your Software Architects

Every construction requires a capable architect. The same applies to software development. The development of a sustainable architecture is an essential component in the planning and design of applications, tools, web shops and environments. The Software Architect is responsible for the development of concepts, the improvement of existing architectures and the optimization of work processes. The software architect also takes on the requirements of the stakeholders and creates a sustainable concept for implementation and design. The tasks of a Software Architect are extremely varied, require an analytical, structured approach just like extensive and profound technical expertise in the field of information technology. We at PALTRON are characterized by a comprehensive understanding of the market, have excellent networks and use our KPI-driven executive search process to find the best candidates on the market for you and your project.

Software Architect - Analyst, Coder, and Planning Genius

The Software Architect is a true all-rounder. He is the project planner, coder and manager of the stakeholders. He is fully familiar with the requirements and systematic implementation of modern software environments, analyzes, sketches and designs concepts and environments and implements them together with software developers. He often acts as a project manager and coordinates his team of internal and external developers using agile methods such as SCRUM or KANBAN. In the area of software architecture it is not only important to be up-to-date in the area of programming, e.g. Java, PHP, Microservices, Cloud (MS Azure, AWS) or Containers (Docker, Kubernetes), but also to be able to present the project and procedure to all stakeholders involved and to react accordingly to unforeseen events without endangering the success of the project. Last but not least, strong interpersonal skills are also necessary to pass on the competences to the team and the stakeholders in a profitable way.

Software architecture is a widely diversified field in which many of the architects have their professional roots in the area of software development. Analytical thinking, a structured approach as well as a pronounced knowledge of foreign languages are also decisive for planning projects and being able to act confidently in international project teams. This is why it is extremely important to us at PALTRON to include not only the candidates' hard skills but also their cultural fit in our innovative recruiting process. This enables us to find the perfect candidate who suits you and your team exactly.
