With our help you will find qualified professionals for your process management

Business Process Management is one of the most important foundations for the digital transformation of companies, as internal company processes have to be digitized in order to continue to meet customer requirements. This is also shown in the Business Process Management Study 2017 from BearingPoint. The study showed that 81% of the participants consider Business Process Management to be an important topic in business practice. In order to focus sufficiently on process management, trained personnel are required to promote and advance the coordination between digital strategy and process management. As leading personnel consultants in the digital sector, our IT headhunters at PALTRON identify candidates on the market with complex executive search processes and data-based recruiting profiles that match your individual requirements. Thanks to our large network, the constantly growing pool of candidates and algorithm-driven search strategies, we will find the right IT experts for you.

Accelerate business processes with BPM

Nowadays business models are becoming more and more complex and therefore require a higher organizational effort in order to guarantee customer- and quality-oriented action and thus corporate success. For this reason, companies must concentrate on their business processes and manage them efficiently. Using modeling languages such as UML and BPMN or activity diagrams, business processes can be modeled visually. In addition, a large number of tools are now available on the market to support this problem. However, a study conducted by PwC in cooperation with the University of Würzburg on the subject of business process management showed that the implementation of business process management is not as targeted and comprehensive as would be possible with the available methods and analytical IT systems. A systematic monitoring of the processes on the basis of defined KPI and their analysis takes place thus only conditionally. Furthermore, structures for the continuous improvement of business processes are often not common in business practice.

The process manager fills this gap and coordinates tasks and activities in a goal-oriented manner at all process levels. It is important that this position is equipped with the necessary authority to carry out process optimizations if required. This also includes the clear commitment of the management level. In addition, business and service processes should be prioritized and process owners defined so that a process manager can get to work. One of his tasks is to model concrete and functional processes, to track and document them via process controlling. Furthermore, the different processes have to be coordinated with each other and resources and competencies have to be planned.

As a digital personnel consultancy, we know what know-how a process manager must bring with him so that your company is not left behind in the digitalisation process and you can take advantage of structured process management. With our unique executive search process we help you to find the ideal candidate for your requirement profile to equip your company for the future.
