Aufgaben

Your tasks

  • Implementing Machine Learning / Deep Learning algorithms for predictive maintenance or forecasting models as well as for models which optimize the customer’s plants
  • Supporting international, cloud-based projects on the IoT myPlant* platform by developing solutions in an interdisciplinary team of software developers, IT-architects and data experts
  • Being the data expert for other departments (i.e. Research Partners, Service, Controls and Electrical Engineering, System and Mechanical Design, Thermodynamics as well as local IT)
  • Developing new, innovative analysis approaches, especially in the big data environment (e.g. with sensor and engine data)

Profil

Your profile

  • Strong technical background with special focus on Machine Learning/ Deep Learning and Data Science with ideally Python (including frameworks like PyTorch, SciKit, TensorFlow)
  • Familiarity in dealing with large time series data sets (Big Data)
  • Preferably first experiences in software development (e.g. with Java or JavaScript)
  • Preferably experience in the use of REST-APIs or GraphQL APIs
