In cooperation with our partner, Lufthansa Digital Hangar, we are looking for an Application Operations Lead (m/f/d) in Frankfurt/Main (80% remote work possible).

The center of attention is the travelers’ smooth and well-thought-through digital experience when traveling. You will lead the way and shape the path for all flight application operations services (such as the LH Group apps, websites, chatbots & online services) that accompany the traveler on his journey.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

  • Drive the application operation topics throughout the organization to ensure efficient, streamlined and compliant product and platform operations
  • Lead the Community of Practice and drive engagement, participation and knowledge-sharing
  • Define and execute the strategy in accordance with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead and grow the application operation community both technically and operationally by keeping an ecological point of view

Profil

Your profile

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of application operations, ideally with cross-functional and intercultural teams in a scaled agile environment
  • Broad understanding in the field of application operations, SRE, ITIL and/or ITSM
  • Experience in the lead of agile teams or even a Community of Practice
  • Strong in communication and collaboration
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis to the operations team in Gdansk/Poland
  • Very good command of the English language
