As part of the development of the CIO Office and the future-proof orientation in the area of license management, we are looking for an IT Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) - License Management at the location Bessenbach near Aschaffenburg.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the optimization of software licenses (especially Microsoft and SAP) and ensure an efficient management of cloud subscriptions
  • You are actively involved in the selection, introduction and implementation of a software asset management tool, reporting directly to the CIO
  • You are the central contact person for the international departments (Germany, USA and India) in licensing issues in the IT environment
  • You are involved in the contract management including the creation as well as license-relevant adjustments and the definition of SLAs in the areas of SAP, Microsoft, VMWare, Salesforce and Adobe.
  • You are responsible for the selection of strategically relevant IT service providers and for the expansion and further development of supplier relationships.
  • You conduct audits for optimal process application in the area of license management

Profil

Your profile

  • You have profound know-how in license management, especially in the area of Microsoft and SAP
  • You have knowledge in working with software asset management tools
  • You have profound knowledge in the creation of license agreements and in the selection and management of service providers
  • You have already gained experience in an international working environment and speak fluent English and German
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and your reliable way of working characterizes you
