In cooperation with our partner, Symrise AG, we are searching for a Manager EH&S Innovation & Processes (m/f/d) at the headquarter in Holzminden or remote.
Symrise is a worldwide leading provider of fragrances and flavorings, which are used i.e. in food products, cosmetics, or toiletries.
It is estimated that you come into contact with Symrise’s products approximately 20 to 30 times per day. Be it in the morning with the fresh peppermint taste when brushing our teeth, the unique fragrance of a perfume or at daily lunch breaks with colleagues - the constituents enrich peoples’ lives worldwide.

Aufgaben
Your tasks
- You are responsible of the administration of the existing SAP EH&S-System (Product Compliance Classic) and further development of the innovation processes in regards to EH&S
- You independently develop projects regarding product security or dangerous goods management (for example you integrate international colleagues into the EH&S processes and implement systems together)
- You work closely with different clients and departments, record demands and requirements and act as a interface between the business and the IT
- You are responsible for integration global laws/rulings and work close in collaboration with the development department and extern service providers to automate processes within the systems

Your profile
- You possess experience in supporting EH&S systems, ideally within a SAP context
- You are interested in innovation processes regarding product safety or dangerous good management
- You possess experiences in implementing and maintaining statutory and internal demands in the area of EH&S
- You have experiences working in the interface function between IT and business, ideally, within an international context
