In cooperation with the subsidiary of the largest insurance group in Asia and part of the Toyota Group, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company of Europe SE, we are looking for a Manager IT Infrastructure Client Services (m/f/d) at the Munich location.

Your tasks

  • You manage the IT Infrastructure (Client) Services department with a total of 12 employees distributed across two teams and have the leadership responsibility for the team leaders UK and Europe
  • You design the strategic direction and structure of the department with a view to the big picture and report directly to the Head of IT Europe
  • You ensure the efficient operation as well as the further development of the department by following the principles of ITIL
  • You define and implement a KPI system to measure effectiveness and efficiency and ensure its targeted use.
  • You supervise and enable the optimization of IT processes in accordance with IT policies and serve as the central point of contact for the departments with regard to your department


Your profile

  • A degree in (business) informatics or comparable professional training with corresponding professional experience
  • Extensive experience in a management position as well as in the area of IT service operations/delivery or IT service desk operations and with distributed teams
  • Successful ITIL certification at Foundation level with corresponding practical know-how in the use of ITIL frameworks as well as profound knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g. TOPdesk)
  • In-depth expertise in process management as well as several years of practical experience in managerial implementation
  • You identify yourself as a leader with strong presentation and communication skills and move confidently in an international environment
