Their data engineering team designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines and architectures to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility across the organization. Aufgaben
Your tasks
- You work in a group effort with your team to shape and design the BI and data architecture solution in the Cloud
- You develop data solutions with various platform technologies (e.g., Databricks, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse)
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and create solutions that drive business value
- You develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow from various sources to the data warehouse
- You optimize data storage and retrieval solutions to enhance performance and scalability, utilizing best practices in cloud infrastructure
- You develop low-code solutions with Power Platform
- You work on developing the integrated data layer as the foundation for implementing data-driven analysis and reports using SQL and PySpark
- You support the development team in their selection and implementation of suitable data technologies
- You examine and evaluate new developments in the field of data technologies
Profil
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor degree with a focus on information technology or profound experience
- You have at least 4 years of data engineering experience
- Profound knowledge of working with cloud technologies (i.e. Azure, AWS) and cloud-based data-integration tools (i.e. Azure Data Factory) in BI environments
- You have comprehensive knowledge of DevOps principles.
- You had points of contact with database migration projects (on-premise to cloud) and agile project-processes (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
- You have the ability to work in a team, assertiveness and very good English skills
