Our partner Engel & Völkers Technology is the heart of one of the leading real estate companies in the world. In cooperation with the management we are looking for a Cloud Security Engineer (m/w/d) for the Hamburg location, including flexible home office arrangement.
Engel & Völkers Technology consists of 120 tech-enthusiasts, with 60 engineers ensuring the security of the systems. You will be part of the newly created Security team and will be in close communication with the CISO. As part of Engel & Völkers Technology you will work in a flexible, remote environment and introduce groundbreaking digital innovations in the traditional real estate world.

Aufgaben
Your tasks
- You will be the first forensics expert responsible for resolving security incidents
- You will monitor cloud infrastructure with a focus on incident prevention to secure relevant systems, databases, and highly privileged accounts
- You ensure the identification of potential hackers and implement best practice procedures to respond to threats
- You are responsible for optimizing the back-up concept and taking it to a new level
- You implement security policies to support the development teams in securing systems as well as incident recovery
Profil
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in cloud computing as well as in the implementation of security solutions for cloud infrastructures
- You have hands-on experience in the implementation of IT security measures as well as knowledge in vulnerability management and security assessments
- You have a fluent command of English
- You stand out for your team-oriented approach as well as your strong communication skills, which enable you to work effectively and at eye level with interdisciplinary teams around the world
