Aufgaben
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the leadership and continuous development of a team of at least 12 employees at different locations
- You will be responsible for the comprehensive further development of the cloud-based IT service management solution for more than 1000 users worldwide as part of a project at Egon Oldendorff
- You will play a key role in leveraging the potential of Freshservice's solution and lead the implementation of new modules such as lifecycle management, IT asset management, and AI-supported service management
- You act as a point of contact for complex IT issues and provide technical support and assistance and ensure high quality of IT service management
- You work closely with other departments in the company and look forward to expanding your network internationally
Profil
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in leading IT teams and can effectively coach and motivate them
- You have extensive technical knowledge and experience in IT support and customer service, including experience with common operating systems, network and hardware systems, databases, and IT service management tools
- You have solid knowledge of ITIL methodology and processes to continuously improve the service quality and efficiency of the IT support team
- You have excellent communication skills, and can effectively communicate your expertise to other team members and departments within the company
