As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer & Data Engineer (m/f/d), you take on the technical leadership role at the core of AI development. You don’t just develop algorithms—you shape the entire intelligent ecosystem. You make the key architectural decisions regarding models, frameworks, and data infrastructures that ultimately determine success.

Architectural Leadership & Model Development

• You lead the design of state-of-the-art machine learning models, especially in the areas of computer vision and sensor fusion.
• You define the standards for their implementation and training.

Advanced MLOps & Integration

• You strategically advance the development of MLOps pipelines.
• You ensure seamless and automated integration of models and data processes into critical systems.

Strategic Data Infrastructure

• You design and build highly scalable and robust ETL/ELT data pipelines capable of processing large volumes of multimodal sensor data in real time.

Responsibility for the Data Platform

• You take full ownership of the design and optimization of the central data platform (data lake/warehouse).
• You ensure data availability, quality, and security.

Technical Mentoring & Excellence

• You elevate the technical performance of the team by coaching junior engineers.
• You demonstrate high code quality and establish best practices in engineering.

• A Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Several years of proven, hands-on experience in designing and building large-scale, mission-critical ML systems.

• An outstanding track record in both deep-learning model development and sophisticated data engineering (big data technologies, cloud platforms).

• Excellent command of Python and SQL, with deep expertise in common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).

• Experience mentoring team members and a passion for continuously raising the technical bar.

• The ability to translate complex strategic goals into elegant and robust technical architectures.

• C1-level English proficiency.
