Aufgaben
Your tasks
- As the Team Lead, you will take ownership of the professional leadership and continued development of a four-member SAP PLM team within a dynamic, 16-person SAP Competence Cente
- You will drive the support and strategic advancement of SAP PLM and PDM solutions, working in close partnership with Design, Product Management, and Procurement to ensure alignment with business goals
- You act as a bridge between creative departments and technical implementation, translating complex requirements into efficient, scalable SAP system solutions - covering everything from data maintenance to end-to-end process integration
- You are responsible for overseeing the integration of PLM-related systems, such as PIM and DAM, ensuring seamless interoperability and process continuity
- As the primary point of contact for 2nd level support, you will lead your team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Profil
Your profile
- You bring a solid understanding of SAP PLM/PDM and SAP MM, with a particular focus on master data management
- You have proven experience in interface management, ideally with SAP Integration Suite (BTP), and can guide your team in the implementation of complex integrations
- Your leadership style is characterized by a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to motivate and develop your team
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
- You demonstrate a proactive and independent approach, skillfully balancing creative vision with technical execution
