Aufgaben

Your tasks

You are responsible for leading a team of three team members in the department Product Management Fleet, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and fostering professional growth within the team
With your visionary approach, you conduct requirements analyses together with the stakeholders and take responsibility for the development and implementation of the product strategy together with your team
You manage the implementation of compliance and performance requirements, such as integrating sensor technology into the fleet to measure consumption data, to facilitate data accessibility for the business
In collaboration with the fleet department, you are responsible for the further development and cloud migration of the central fleet management software
You keep an eye on promising market trends and automation opportunities, such as AI-driven collision detection in cargo spaces, and manage their assessment and implementation

Profil

Your profile

You have comprehensive expertise in product management in the field of digitization/technology
You have experience in leading (project)teams, ideally in an international environment
Preferably, you have a background in the shipping industry and are familiar with fleet software
You have excellent communication skills and have a strong competence in stakeholder management
You are business fluent in English and ideally have fluency in German
