Niklas Mühlenbein

Niklas is responsible for the Interim Manager & Freelance Consultants division at CTG. He has been working with clients from the corporate, SME, tech and private equity sectors for several years and has thus gained in-depth insights into various companies and projects. Prior to his current role, Niklas held various management positions at CTG, including in business development. In 2021, he founded FindusFinds, a high-volume recruiting solution. The growing need for interim management and freelance consulting has led him to focus more on these fields. Today, he uses his extensive knowledge and network to bring companies together with the right experts to successfully implement projects and shape sustainable transformations.
