PALTRON has once again received the FOCUS Business "Top Personnel Service Provider" award this year. This is the second time in a row that the Hamburg-based recruitment consultancy has secured the title in the "Professional & Specialist Search" category. The award is based on the results of an online survey of almost 4,000 HR managers and job seekers.

The top lists are compiled every year on behalf of FOCUS by the independent research institute Statista and published in FOCUS-BUSINESS magazine. This year's survey was conducted via an online survey of candidates and HR managers on the Statista website. The performance of recruitment consultancies is measured by criteria such as quality of service, value for money and speed of placement. A list of 3,000 recruitment consultancies forms the basis of the survey. The companies with the highest number of recommendations make it onto the list of the 219 top recruitment agencies, which is divided into the categories of executive search, professional search, freelance recruitment and temporary employment agencies.
