PALTRON GmbH was once again honoured with the title of "Best Personnel Consultants" by WirtschaftsWoche in 2021. This is the third time in a row that the recruitment consultancy has celebrated this success. In this year's survey of around 3,000 HR decision-makers, the Hamburg-based recruitment agency once again made it onto the best list in the IT sector, as in the two previous years. The ranking is based on the evaluation of the collaboration by clients of the recruitment consultancies.

Every year, WirtschaftsWoche examines several hundred recruitment consultancies with regard to the satisfaction of their clients. Service providers with top marks then receive the "Best Personnel Consultants" award. Between July and October 2021, over 1050 recruitment agencies were scrutinised. A questionnaire developed by Professor Christel Gade, Bad Honnef University of Applied Sciences, served as the basis.
