Press release: PALTRON is "Headhunter of the Year" - honoured in two categories

At this year's "Headhunter of the Year" awards, PALTRON was honoured twice as the best recruitment consultancy. The recruitment consultancy clearly impressed the expert jury in both the "Best Newcomer" and "Candidate Experience" categories. While growth factors such as employees, revenue and new customers were scrutinised in the "Best Newcomer" category, criteria such as consulting services, professionalism and expertise were decisive in the "Candidate Experience" category.

Every year since 2016, the prestigious "Headhunter of the Year" award has honoured the best recruitment consultancies in Germany in five different categories: Executive Search, Best Newcomer, Candidate Experience, Client Experience and Innovation. The jury is made up of eight experts from the fields of research, business and journalism. In addition to economic criteria, the candidates are also assessed according to their concepts, expertise and development opportunities.
